I have been through the trauma of a toxic relationships with a Sociopath and Narcissists. I have been healing and have discovered many helpful techniques and education that can be helpful in the learning process. Now I want to assist others in that process. The scenario is becoming more common and the pain and truama is real. It is difficult for other to understand so we must help empower each other in our understanding of the toxicity that changed out path. The class was absolutely amazing. It was during a stressful time of COVID and remote learning. Sarah brought the classroom alive with fun ways to learn that were effective on all levels. She was able to break up the stress of COVID and keep us learning at the same time. We did research on the Spanish culture and learned a lot of vocabulary so we could speak sentences. Sarah threw in some interactive learning games we played against each other which made learning the Spanish language that much more fun.
